We, the undersigned, most humbly and respectfully ask you, our Bishops, to take under consideration the initiation of an investigation into the life of Father Francis P. White, C.S.V. The purpose of said investigation is to gather evidence. That said evidence would corroborate the statements that I swear and attest to below as a petitioner. That said evidence gathered to corroborate my statements would be sufficient and compelling enough to warrant the Bishops to submit the findings to the Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
Ultimately, we the faithful pray, that through the grace of the Holy Spirit, if it is the will of God Almighty, that Father Francis P. White. C.S.V. would be declared a Servant of God. We pray for this in the name of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.

We come before God to hereby attest, swear and affirm that we believe Father Francis P. White, C.S.V. lived a life of heroic virtues, that is: Father White lived the theological virtues of faith, hope and charity, and the cardinal virtues of prudence, justice, temperance and fortitude, and others specific to his state in life as a Priest.
I further hereby attest, believe and swear before God, Our Almighty Father, that I:
• Personally knew Father Francis P. White, a Priest of the order of the Clerics of Saint Viator.
• That I knew Father White to be a Holy man, who was Christ-like in his demeanor.
• That Father White was devoted to Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and expressed his love and devotion to Our Lord openly and proudly.
• That Father White helped bring me closer to Our Lord Jesus.
• That Father White was a compassionate, humble, modest and charitable man who lived a life of “heroic virtues” as described above.
• That I believe Father White followed the Lord's commandments faithfully, as well as Church Doctrine and lived a life pleasing to God.
• That Father White lived the Gospel and taught it to his flock with loving adherence to Catholic Biblical beliefs.
• That through his life and sermons Father White guided us to become better Christians. He urged us to a true contrition for our transgressions, as well as to forgive those with whom we had grievances. He helped us seek a closer relationship with our Lord.
• That I personally know of no reason that would preclude Father Francis P. White C.S.V. from consideration for Sainthood.
• Further, I firmly believe that Father White lived a life so pleasing to God, Our Heavenly Father, that when he passed from this life, he was welcomed into Heaven. I fervently believe that Father White lived such an exemplary Christian life that he is in Paradise with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, along with all the Heavenly Choirs of Angels and Saints.
I agree to be contacted, if necessary, to be interviewed regarding my personal knowledge of the life of Father Francis P. White of the Clerics of Saint Viator.
